Working with Sarah to sleep train our daughter has been life changing. I initially didn't think I'd be a parent who did sleep training but our daughter hit the 4 month "regression"/leap really hard, and I was totally at wits end. My husband and I would put her down, and 30-45 minutes later she'd be crying and inconsolable and then waking multiple times throughout the night. I was feeling utterly hopeless with exhaustion and full of anxiety - we'd be on edge and unable to relax after putting her down because we didn't know when she'd wake up. Everything that we had been doing (nursing to sleep, rocking, walking up and down the stairs, etc) just wasn't working anymore and I was getting ready to return to work and knew I couldn't in my current state. I tried a few sleep training guides I bought from internet "experts" in middle of the night desperation and didn't see the results that had been promised. The first conversation I had with Sarah felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders - I felt so seen and hopeful that things could actually change. We chose to go all in and sleep train through naps as well. Within days my daughter was sleeping so much better, I honestly couldn't believe it. The part that I wasn't expecting to appreciate so much was implementation of the nap schedule - we all LOVE knowing what to expect and exactly when my daughter will wake, go to bed, and when she'll nap. It makes it so easy for family members and friends to watch her as well. It actually helped us be more aware of our daughter's cues and be more responsive to her, and also be more present, interactive and engaged while she was awake. We couldn't have done it without Sarah in our corner with expertise, reassurance and guidance. The 1:1 support was a game changer for us, Sarah talked us through everything including answering random “is this ok/normal?!” questions and was so responsive and patient. Our daughter is now 15 months old and my husband and I still say multiple times a week how grateful we are for Sarah. Even when we've gone on vacation and things have been off, we always return back to the routine and strategies we learned from her, and still use the nap roadmap she created for us. Thank you Sarah for teaching us our first lesson on enforcing loving boundaries with our most favorite tiny human. It feels like we got our life back. We are all well rested and better for it!

Simply put, America completely solved 3 years of bad habits – in less than 30 days. From the beginning she instilled confidence in us that the situation can be conquered. Our son Robert was staying up late (because of us) and not sleeping through the night (waking every 2-3 hours). Additionally, we had to lie with Robert to put him to bed, and as soon as he noticed we were gone – we had to start the process again. Without proper guidance, we were getting further from a good night’s sleep. The problem reached full tilt when we had our second child, Romeo – and the alternating crying through the night had begun. We called America, hoping she can solve any part of our issue.

America heard our situation and understood how we arrived at the current state. We had no consistency and were caving to short-term wins. Once America had all the details, she quickly got to work on proposed methods that could best be used for Robert. Thankfully, none of the methods were abrupt, calling for a “let him cry it out” baseline. The concepts were methodical and got back to the basics. She emphasized and explained that how Robert viewed the situation was a critical component. The chosen methods were layered with other variables to essentially change how Robert viewed the whole process, rather, than forcing a new system on him.

Within a few weeks he went from despising sleep time, to expecting it and being content with the process – to ultimately being proud of doing it on his own. He even takes more pride in his actual bed now. Robert now sleeps through the night (8:30pm to 7:00am), and the first thing he says when he opens his eyes is “I did it, I slept alone in my bed!”. He proceeds to brag about this accomplishment for the next 5-10 minutes. We have no problem playing into his celebration because we’ve gained so many hours of sleep back into our day. As a bonus, America’s successful method eliminated spending any time in Robert’s bed at all.

Thank you, America! We cannot wait to reach out for Romeo’s training, and will not waste 3 years (of sleep) trying to do it on our own!

After following @thecribcoach for well over a year and contemplating back and forth with myself if this is something I needed to do not only for my daughter but for myself, I finally decided to send Jori a message to see if this would be the right decision for us.

My daughter and I co-slept from the time she was born right up to just recently after I contacted Jori, she just turned 16-months-old. We had restless sleeps, waking up anywhere from 3-8 or more times per night., always fighting an illness, cluster feeding in the evening, and not eating well throughout the day, but I will say the only perk was the cuddles. But something needed to change and it needed to change fast. Perri wasn't sleeping even one hour of daytime sleep at dayhome and would cry anytime I put her in her crib in the evenings or naptime during the weekends, I ended up caving and just letting her sleep on me or with during the day or in the early evening so she would actually sleep, so I would have no alone time and would have to alter any plans I had so she could actually sleep. My stress and anxiety level was through the roof to say the least and I was always having the worry of how much sleep and when she will sleep, also fighting illnesses constantly, not eating well during the day, and not gaining any weight. This began to really take a toll on me as I was constantly worrying about all of these things. I knew if we changed her sleep routine and pattern this would be a step in the right direction for us. I just needed to do it.

I messaged Jori and told her our situation and she got back to me within minutes. I knew right then even after asking a few questions to Jori this is something I needed to invest in and soon after we booked a consultation.

When I spoke to Jori, she really listened to me. I am a single momma and this next transition for us was for Perri to sleep on her own and in her own room. She also passed no judgement towards me for letting my baby sleep with me this long, she just told me I needed to take control of this situation and she had the tools to help me do this. This was a decision that would not only change our lives but make us better for it. Perri needed to learn how to sleep on her own and for longer durations so she would eat better throughout the day, improve her overall health, and also be a happier little girl.

We picked a plan that made the most sense for us and started the training the night after our consultation. That night was the most gruelling when it took about 86 minutes before Perri gave up and finally went to sleep. Night two was significantly better and was sleeping within 40 minutes and even had a nap during the day while sleeping within the hour of putting her down. Night 3 we had a regression, she was up about 6-7 times with an upset stomach and with just an overall restless night. I was pretty frustrated by this and I messaged Jori and she told me this was all normal. Jori was kind, attentive, gave me advice when asked/needed, and she was overall just there for me because this was a huge change for the both of us after sleeping together her whole entire little life, and ultimately my little girl knew exactly what to do to get her way but this has to be the new way for us, and I needed to be strong and consistent to bring on this change. By night 4, Perri was sleeping within 10 minutes of putting her down after our bedtime routine. She only woke up for one feed and a quick cuddle, and didn't even cry when I put her back in her crib in the middle of the night. It finally clicked for her. It was our "hallelujah" moment.

We have been on our own for a couple of weeks now and our lives have changed for the better. Perri is happier, eating way more, not nursing as much which this is something that needed to happen, and she actually is napping for two or more hours at dayhome which is huge for us, and lastly going to bed by 7 every night with a strict routine but with ZERO fuss and sleeping within 5 to 10 minutes after putting down. We are still working on being more consistent during the nights, but working through teething and regressions is no joke. Jori has taught me to be strong, more patient, and overall to keep very consistent with our routine and things will keep working in our favour and that is very true.

If I didn't have Jori, we wouldn't be here today and I am forever thankful for her, she even checked in with us after our coaching to see how she was doing, which meant the world to me. She literally is amazing and this is something we will never regret doing. I cannot say enough good things about @thecribcoach, life changing is an understatement, and I wish I would have committed to this a lot sooner. Thank you for everything you have done for us Jori and ultimately for keeping me confident and accountable during this transition. So much love- Kylie and Perri

My son Jax and I are beyond grateful for the help we received from Emma with Crib Coach! We have a strong willed, determined and high energy little man and I honestly didn’t think he would take to sleep training! Through some lucky stars I was the recipient of their anniversary giveaway and let’s just say I was beyond excited! Once we started our 5 day sleep coaching journey my son instantly responded to the training/schedules and beyond excelled! He seriously blew my husband and I away we honestly could not believe this was our son! Emma was an amazing help for me and gave me the support I needed not only as a coach but as a fellow mother and friend. Thank you for everything you did Emma my little family is so grateful and you are very much appreciated! To anyone considering sleep training with Crib Coach my greatest advice is to DO IT!

Jori is a miracle worker. After months of sleep issues, we turned to Jori to help us with Colbie’s sleep. Not only did we see INSTANT results, Jori made us feel so comfortable with her recommended sleep plan and encouraged us every step of the way. After our 5 days of support, I have full faith in Colbie’s ability to self soothe! Thank you to Jori and her amazing support, we have our happy sleeping girl back and a mama that is rested and ready to give Colbie the energy she deserves during the day!

Jori. She is the best! Most kindest and sweetest and genuinely cares. My son is 2.5 years old and we have worked with her twice now. We reached out to her when he was 16 months, still co-sleeping and waking up every 2 hours. With the sleep training methods she provides, my son was falling asleep in his crib independently within 2 days! Most recently (16 months later) he started to climb out of his crib and bad habits started; he would only fall asleep if I was in the room with him. With thanks to Jori and her miracle work, we have successfully transitioned him into a toddler bed and sleeping through the night.. again! Thanks Jori for being there for our family, for becoming a friend and making miracles happen, we couldn’t have done it without you!

Crib Coach to the rescue AGAIN! This is the second time we've worked with Crib Coach, and both times have proven to be an investment worth its weight in gold, so to speak. My only regret is that we didn't try it sooner for our first daughter. We started sleep training when #1 was about 8-9 months old, and immediately got her sleeping through the night and taking full naps within about a week and a half. For our next daughter, we knew how great of an investment sleep training really is, so we went for it as soon as possible, at the 4 month mark. Our second daughter caught on even more quickly, and we went from about 6-7 wakings & feedings throughout the night to ZERO, in about a week and a half. (This translates to "omg we can finally get some sleep!" in adult speak). The ladies at crib coach legitimately know what they're doing, and they're so comforting to work with. They really pay attention to the parents' cues in terms of what amount of crying we're comfortable with, and they'll provide a plan that works with that. There's a pretty detailed intake form so that they can fully understand your specific situation, and then they prepare a couple different options for you to choose from. If you ever ask them for their recommendation, they'll always give you their advice, but also find a way to make it work with whatever you're most comfortable with, and they provide full support every step of the way. If you're looking to do this the hard way, try doing it on your own. If you want the surefire fastest way to best results, contact Crib Coach! I promise you will not regret it.

Don't let this little smile fool you- little JJ has given us more than his share of troubles with his sleep! We have come to Jori for help twice in the last year and a half, and it is worth every penny. Jori is a hype girl that gives you a solid plan and the confidence to do what has to be done for everyone in the house to get some solid sleep. She has cheered us on and given us invaluable insight and support. Anyone can google ideal schedules for different ages, but there's something about having one-on-one support that makes all the difference. Jori, we can't thank you enough for what you have done for our family!

We highly recommend Crib Coach!! We had an amazing experience start to finish with Brittany. We were definitely nervous starting sleep training for our 5.5 month old son but Brittany walked us through several methods and we picked the one that worked best. I loved the tailored approach and ability to get encouragement and support via text - it was critical for my husband and I to have that support and that’s why I feel it worked so well for us!

Where to begin! I was the new mom googling all hours of the night, just trying to find answers, solutions, or anything that would help us get some sleep. I purchased many books, online programs, took advice from friends... but nothing, nothing ever worked. I thought to myself “Am I doing this right? Because I’m exhausted.”

When our second daughter arrived I knew we wouldn’t be able to function if we didn’t get some sleep. And then one night as I was scrolling on Instagram, I found The Crib Coach and was instantly intrigued by her knowledge, techniques, and her passion for helping families. I thought “now this is something I can do.” After our 15 minute consultation I was sold. It was comforting to have someone hear my struggles, concerns, and tailor a program specific to our needs. When we started the program Olivia was 6 months old and Jori was there every step of the way, cheering me on!

It wasn’t easy, and through this journey I learned how patience plays such an important role in teaching our babies to get the sleep they need. This was key to our success.

During the first week of training, Olivia was diagnosed with croup which led into an ear infection. She was so miserable and the doctors advised to stop sleep training for about 6 weeks. I thought to myself “you’ve got to be kidding me, just when we were so close.” I was crushed. But Jori consistently reminded me that it would all be worth it in the end with her motivating texts and words of encouragement. She stood by me every step of the way and helped us get back on track after Olivia recovered.

Within 3 days after she was cleared, she was sleeping through the night! Can you believe it!? It worked! I still don’t believe my baby sleeps 12 hour nights! Every night!

I have to be honest, if I didn’t have The Crib Coach keeping my spirits up and motivating me to cross the finish line, I would have given up. Thank you Jori, from the bottom of this rested moms heart! You’re the cheerleader we all need and truly an answered prayer!

I first spoke with Jori when my son was only 3 weeks old. I was a brand new first time mom, dealing with postpartum hormones, a husband who travelled constantly, extreme sleep deprivation and all the ups and downs that go with it! I was desperate for help. Within just a few minutes of being on the phone with Jori, I felt hopeful for the first time and saw a light at the end of the tunnel. She sent me a comprehensive newborn plan followed by a sleep training plan to begin with my son was 4 months old. Jori’s services go so far beyond sleep consulting - she remained by biggest cheerleader throughout the first 6 months of my son’s life and counselled me through sleep training, nap training, weaning night feeds, nap transitions, sickness, teething; every bump in the road, Jori was there offering support and guidance. The night before we started sleep training, my son was up for 4 hours STRAIGHT in the middle of the night and would not nap unless he was being held. Within 6 nights of sleep training, he was putting himself to sleep at bedtime and had dropped all night feeds on his own. I was shocked. He now sleeps 12 hours a night and naps like a champ. I could not have done it without Jori giving me the tools and confidence to navigate new motherhood and help me lay a solid foundation for my son's sleep. I have since recommended Crib Coach to every single person I know who is expecting or has recently had a baby! I will be forever grateful to Jori for giving my family the gift of sleep <3

Our first babe was literally the best sleeper from day one. I really hoped Lochlann would be too and of course, nope. I already knew before he was born, if he ended up being a bad sleeper, I needed Jori to help us. When we decided to start sleep training at 4 months @thecribcoach made us such an in depth plan for him and I felt so relieved. Especially now that I’m back to work, he was waking up 3-4 times a night. But now after our sleep plan, he is only waking up maybe once! And sometimes not at all and sleeping through the entire night. I can’t thank Jori enough for making our life so much easier with her amazing techniques and support throughout all of this. And being there when I need her.

We had struggled big time sleep training our first (very stubborn) little boy, so when we were headed down the same path with our second I knew we needed more help. We had been so desperate for sleep that we were taking 2 hour shifts throughout the night- Enter Jori! Her application was very thorough, and I felt very at ease being able to talk to her frankly about our expectations, goals, and past experiences. Now I had read multiple books and had a whole board on Pinterest devoted to sleep training, but hadn’t been able to consistently put one plan in to place. I had all the knowledge about what to do, but what I found most helpful was the text support that Jori gives! You can read a million different things about sleep but none of them are able to tell you in the moment that when your child is doing x to do y, or ask what level of cry it is and coach you from there. She truly was my coach for an hour during bedtime, and it felt very customized to our family situation. She was also so sweet and flexible that when our house came down with a horrible cold we were able to pause in the middle and pick up where we left off with no pressure. Within 2 days my husband was saying how glad he was that I convinced him to do this and he already was seeing positive changes. It has made such a difference in our family and my baby that when the 8 month sleep regression hit (while he was pushing 2 teeth) it was barely a blip. I can’t thank a Jori enough and I recommend her to everyone I know!

After we took Mikayla home from the hospital, I was surprised at how good she slept! Fast forward about 5 months, she started having shorter naps to the point where she would be awake after only half hour or 45 minutes. I knew she needed more sleep during the day just by judging her moods and how tired she would be after being awake for only a few minutes after her naps! I tried everything to get her to go back to sleep but she would just get more upset. Once I heard about Jori, I thought about contacting her, but I put it off for a few weeks. Until I decided that working with Jori would benefit my daughter so much! After our initial consultation, it only took about a day and she was sleeping longer and without her soother for every nap! I am so grateful to Jori for her help and understanding! She gives a few options of sleep training methods and lets you choose which one you feel most comfortable with! It’s been amazing working with Jori! She’s so supportive

When we found Jori we were two months deep into the darkest sleep regression that at the time felt like it was never going to end. I was so exhausted from waking up every few hours that I didn’t know what day it was anymore and my husband would ask me in the morning how the night went and I literally couldn’t remember. Everything was a blur. I was one sad hot mess! I was trying everything on my own in hopes that it would help Oisín get back to the good sleep we knew he was capable of but just couldn’t quite get there by myself. Jori helped me put all the puzzle pieces in all the right places and we IMMEDIATELY got results - I mean baby boy slept through on THE FIRST NIGHT and again every night that followed! It was absolutely amazing! Naps were much harder but she coached me through and I will never forget her gentle guidance and how it lifted me up and have me the confidence to follow through with our plan. I’m so grateful for her and her support. The Crib Coach truly changed our lives!

Let’s talk SLEEP. We all need it, but most of us don’t get enough of it.

SLEEP TRAINING - a strong word, some disagree, others say it’s a must.

I needed help. I had read many books and bought online programs, but we were struggling.

I finally decided to hire a Certified infant and toddler sleep consultant. I did it for me and for my family. I was exhausted. Between being up 2-7 times a night, and starting the day around 5:30am every morning, my exhaustion was noticeable and my patience was thin. The days seemed so long, and I never looked forward to the night, because I know I wouldn’t get much sleep.

I found @thecribcoach online, and connected with Jori. She was such a sweetheart and within minutes, I knew she could help me. I felt a weight lift off my shoulders, and I couldn’t wait to start her program. I choose the 5 day program and a gentle sleep training method. There was a bit of crying, but minimal. It’s like he was ready. He adjusted so well, and on the 4th night, Carter was sleeping through the night until 6:45 am! It’s been 2 weeks now and I’m happy to say he is still sleeping 11.5 hours a night and his naps are 1.5-2 hours twice a day. This has honestly changed my life. I’m happier, I have energy for my kids, I have time for myself, and my husband and I actually get a good sleep at night. I can’t thank Jori enough, her support was incredible. She is an honest real mom who is there to help! If you are needing some help, I’d highly recommend @thecribcoach

My husband and I give birth to notoriously bad sleepers. That’s what we led ourselves to believe anyways...

To first speak of our huge success with Jori at the Crib Coach one must know our back story with our first child. Our sweet daughter has never been a good sleeper and at age 2.5 began a long 2+ year battle with night terrors. They were so often that sometimes they would happen two to a night. It was equally exhausting and heartbreaking.

When we found out we were expecting again I was terrified that we would somehow repeat the same sleep patterns that in my mind we had caused. However with my children sharing a bedroom new habits began to emerge so that my daughters night terrors wouldn’t wake up our son. That meant our son in our room and me tending to his every cry.

And before I knew it he was celebrating his first birthday and had never yet - not one single time - slept through the night. In fact he was waking on average 2-4 times. As a working mom in addition to a small business owner I was finding myself running on fumes. Something had to give and I knew it was time to buckle down and call in backup.

Enter Jori. Similar to when Cinderella meets her fairy godmother that’s how I felt when Jori sent me the sleep plan. She wasn’t bestowing me a pumpkin and gown but she was gifting me the promise of sleep and a happier baby. I’m pretty sure the sleep plan was sprinkled with sleepdust.

We committed to the plan 100% and Jori said within a week at most we should have D asleep. I was skeptical because my son was already 13 months but clearly my “no plan” wasn’t working.

And on night four. Night FOUR of our sleep plan our son slept through the night. 7pm-7am. I woke up worried. “Did I sleep through his cries?” “Did my husband mess up my rules and tend to him in the middle of the night?”

The answer to the above was no. He had finally learned how to self soothe while knowing he was loved and safe the whole time. Let me tell you that morning everyone woke up with smiles.

It’s been a little over a month since we contacted Jori and I’m happy to say it was no fluke. Our son routinely goes down for naps and bedtime when he should. It’s such a blessing for everyone. His tired cues are so clear and he hardly ever fusses when going down for the night - he’s tired and ready!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Jori. She is helpful, attentive and knows what she is doing! And not only did I get the reward of having my son sleep through the night - but I got a new friend out of it, Jori!

If you’re interested in seeing how our story with sleep training unfolded I saved it all on my Instagram @laurapark3r under the highlight sleep training.

Teagan and Ford

We reached out to Jori, when our son was about six months old. He was having multiple night wakings, very short naps and none of us were sleeping. I felt like I was losing my sanity and could not function being up 3+ times a night & spending hours in a dark room trying to get him to sleep. We had tried alllll the other popular sleep training methods out there but nothing was working.

Jori truly was the best thing that could of happened to our family! She is beyond kind, supportive and she just “gets it”. She is an amazing communicator and her guidance was unmatched. After working with Jori, Ford is now having wonderful, LONG naps which have set him up for overnight success. He is either sleeping through the night or only having 1 quick feed.

We now have the tools to ensure his sleep continues to stay on track - thanks to Jori. She feels like a friend and I was actually sad when our services concluded. I HIGHLY recommend her or her team if you want to feel human again!

Sarah: The Sorceress of Sleep

After 14 months of rocking our little one back to sleep multiple times a night, we finally decided to talk to CribCoach. Our coach Sarah was amazing, she addressed our concerns and made us feel super supported. Within days our toddler was able to fall asleep on his own, and sleep for much longer stretches than he ever had before. We have no idea what kind of magic she performs, but the results speak for themselves: we have a child who actually naps, who goes to sleep (and back to sleep) independently, and we've finally started to regain our sanity, all thanks to this modern-day Merlin.

If you're exhausted and desperate for sleep, don't hesitate to call Sarah: she's the best and most powerful sleep coach this side of Hogwarts. Thank you Sarah for working your magic on us!

I truly cannot say enough good things about America and the crib coach program. I had been feeling lost and alone, struggling with my third baby’s terrible night wakings, and she helped me feel supported and confident in helping him learn how to sleep. Even though we didn’t get him sleeping through the night during our time together, she made sure I felt prepared to continue on with small changes that make a world of difference. My little Louie is happier (and so is his mom!) and I can tell he is already feeling the benefits of having some support with sleep training. I loved having the different choices for our sleep approach, and felt like America was my biggest cheerleader. She was so validating and responsive to my questions and concerns I am so thankful I reached out and got the support to help Louie sleep better.

Jori is truly a lifesaver!! Me and my husband reached out to her when our twins were 6.5 months old and they were waking multiple times a night. Naps were only lasting 30 minutes at a time and we were all exhausted!! Sleep training was never something we wanted to do. I had convinced myself that it wasn’t for our family and I couldn’t just listen to my babies cry. Well Jori immediately changed our thoughts on sleep training! It was simply allowing our babies to learn the skills they needed to allow them to get SLEEP! And let me tell you, within the first night we seen an immediate change in our son and by night TWO he no longer woke to feed during the night. It took our daughter a little longer to get it down pat but she got there. Jori gave us the skills we needed to confidently move forward and continue to make sure everyone gets the sleep they need. Every baby is different and Jori really tailored the sleep training experience to each baby and to our lifestyle! The only thing we regret is not doing it sooner. She made us 100% comfortable and was there to support us every step of the way. Truly a great experience, and we gained a great friend from it all as well. Thank you crib coach!!

My husband and I can't stop singing Aladdin's "A Whole New World" because that is what life post-sleep training with Jori feels like! Our 5.5 month old daughter would only do contact or stroller naps, and required hours of rocking and nursing during the night. We knew she was ready for sleep training and would benefit from it, but as first time parents we were too scared to change up our routine, even though it was no longer working. Reaching out to Jori was hands down the best decision we could have made! Jori was so incredibly thorough and reassuring from the beginning. We felt she really took our parenting style and wants into consideration when creating our sleep training plan, and gave us lots of options to choose from so that we would be confident implementing our plan. Of course hearing our daughter protest the change was hard, but with Jori's support throughout naps and putting her down at bedtime, we stayed strong and felt confident in the process. Sleep training went from something we dreaded to one of our best experiences since our daughter was born, because the progress was so cool to see. She caught on so quickly because we were able to stay consistent, 100% thanks to Jori! I couldn't recommend her enough for any parent going through sleep training. She is a wealth of knowledge and so obviously a good, caring person and mother. Thank you, Jori, you have changed our lives!!

We received The Crib Coach package as a baby shower gift from some close friends. At the time I had no idea that this gift would be the most useful and incredible gift ever. Within a few weeks of having our son we reached out to Emma. As first time parents we had no idea what to expect with newborn sleep. Emma calmly reassured us that what we were experiencing was very normal and gave us some tips and tricks to help make the newborn phase a bit easier. Emma was so willing to answer our 1,000 new parent questions and was so positive every step of the way. She made us feel comfortable with the ups and down with Luke’s sleeping from growth spurts to the 4 month sleep regression! Luke was never a great independent sleeper! He needed to be rocked to sleep, needed the pacifier replaced throughout the night, and he wasn’t able to nap long unless in our arms.

A week into the 4 month regression, when we didn’t think we would ever sleep again, Emma started working on a sleep plan for Luke. The first night was the hardest, but she was with us the whole way, constantly checking in and guiding us through the difficult night. Each night got easier and easier, and Emma continued to be our biggest cheerleader! When we started working on naps, I was quite skeptical, seeing as though our little boy never napped for more than 30 minutes, but I was pleasantly surprised! After a few days of Emma helping us navigate naps, we saw significant improvements! Two weeks later Luke is now able to put himself to sleep at bedtime in about 5 minutes, wake up for his feed (which we are in the middle of weaning him off of), and stay asleep until 7:00am. When he has occasional night wakings we are now confident that he will be able to put himself back to sleep within minutes. This goes for naps too. Luke now naps three times a day for about 1.5 hrs each. We are typically waking him up from these naps!

We cannot thank Emma enough for all her work and support over these last few months! Luke is a changed little sleeper! I have been recommending The Crib Coach to all our friends with newborns and cannot wait to give this as a shower gift to my friends who are currently pregnant!

Emma at The Crib Coach has become my true friend and guide when it comes to ALL things baby sleep! We were just home from traveling and very sleep deprived, with a four month old child who didn’t nurse to sleep/rock to sleep/co-sleep. We tried everything before we knew it was time to take the next step into teaching our baby to sleep well. Sleep is so crucial for both baby and parents! Enter Emma. She walked us through our different options, and let us make the choice of what we were comfortable with. There was no crying it out, which my mama heart would not have handled. But... it wasn’t easy by any means. I’m so glad I had Emma to guide me through it and make sure we taught him to sleep well while still having the sweetest bond and never breaking trust. It was so hard to even hear him cry the “short” 1-2 minutes but now I hardly ever have to go in because he hardly ever cries! And by now I can tell when something is seriously wrong that I need to go in and comfort him and I’ll still go in and hold him and cuddle, but because it’s so rare that he doesn’t sleep well that’s hardly ever a thing so it doesn’t become habit. I often get questions from other people or moms how my little guy sleeps so well because I feel like it’s not normal. But I’m so glad it’s our normal! We’re all happy sleepers here in our home, which make for very happy days! The best thing about choosing The Crib Coach over other sleep coaches is the support! Seriously the best... if you’re on the fence, you won’t regret it!

Where to start! Through this process of sleep training I have learned three things - well maybe more than three...but three things really stand out to me. 1) I have a VERY strong willed baby 2) I should trust myself more 3) progress is progress, no matter how small.

Hayden didn’t have too many troubles with his night sleep - his naps however; a WHOLE different ball game. He was the king of cat napping, waking up grumpy, barely making it an hour and then doing it all over again. I felt like all I was doing was spending the day in a dark room, listening to white noise and rocking him back and forth. I was going crazy! I finally decided to send a message to Jori and I am really glad I did!

Now, I’ll be honest, we haven’t done a complete 180 degree turn with Hayden’s naps - he still has days where he only wants to nap thirty minutes - but he has had many naps that have lasted over an hour and half - something I never thought the king of catnapping would ever do! For the most part when he does wake up after 30 minutes he is able to put himself back to sleep!

I was so defeated after a couple of weeks - but with Jori’s motivation we kept going. I wanted to throw in the towel every step of the way because I felt like we were making no progress. But, Jori pointed out that in fact we WERE making progress. Even if it wasn’t 2 hour naps every day, every little step mattered. Once I switched my mind set to focus on the little wins and trusted myself, I found what I needed to keep going.

Is Hayden the perfect napper? No. Can he put him self to sleep at naps times, connect sleep cycles and put himself back to sleep if he wake before it’s time. Absolutely.

Thank you Crib Coach! - not only for giving me skills to implement when it comes to sleep, but skills to implement when it comes to navigating this whole mom thing!

After bringing our preemie twins home after 55 days in the NICU our house became quite the zoo! Between juggling feeds, naps and our energetic 3 year old Charlie, I felt like my husband and I  absolutely had no time to even go to the bathroom! Evenings were especially challenging, some days it would take up to 4 hours of rocking, shushing and standing before we could finally get the babes down. We knew we wanted do some form of sleep training but with twins we had no idea how to start and had heard really great things about The Crib Coach, so the week before the babes turned 4 months corrected age I reached out. I heard back from Emma within an hour and right from our first interaction I knew it was a great fit.

When we started the following week I was BLOWN away by how organized, encouraging and on top of things Emma was! On days I felt discouraged she was my biggest cheerleader and would always remind me that it’s a marathon and not a sprint. By the second night Jasper and Goldie settled within half an hour and a week and a half later it now takes less than 5 minutes for the babes to fall asleep and STAY asleep 7pm-7am! The Crib Coach was by far the best investment we could have made, we now have our evenings to spend some one on one time with Charlie and with each other.

We can’t thank Emma enough, she was seriously made for this job!!

My husband and I decided we would try to sleep train our daughter after 8 months. We had no schedule, no routine, and my daughter would only fall asleep is she was holding my face. Insert Jori. She made Eden an individual plan to take her where she was currently to where we wanted her to be. She had answers to my trivial questions, she had strategies to solve issues we were facing, and she took into account all of the external, environmental factors.

I was nervous to implement these because I felt like I would fail but Jori was there as an accountability partner and as an encourager to make sure my husband and I put this plan into practice. She is a calming soul, a voice of reason, and a miracle worker. Last night my daughter fell asleep soothing herself by playing with her ear. And although I miss those sticky little fingers on my face, we’re all getting a better sleep around here. I know sleep is so important for my daughters development so sleeping was a non-negotiable and we had to find a solution. Jori was that solution and we are forever grateful!

My journey with sleep has been a tough one! My daughter had colic when she was born 6 years ago and had many sleep issues. So when my son came along I was amazed that he made his own sleep schedule on his own from day one! Then the dreaded 4 month sleep regression came... i spent many sleepless nights waking and feeding sometimes almost every hour, naps were far and few between during the days. He was about 5.5 months and I was still dealing with all of the side effects from the regression. The wakings had increasingly gotten worse and I was feeling defeated. I contacted Jori after contemplating for quite some time because I realized I needed some educated help ! When she sent me my sleep plan I felt overwhelmed and I even told her I dont think I can do this! Rest assured she is absolutely amazing and got me through every bit! It was such a breeze having Jori for support to really hammer down getting Luxson back to sleeping great through the night! My anxiety was filled with ease once we began the first night and Jori was amazing at being there to talk me through it all. I could have never done it without her and I appreciate that she became a friend in the process. Jori is exceptional at making you feel comfortable in what you choose to do and really knowing what you and your little one is capable of! Im happy to have an amazing sleeper who now sleeps through the night and has the best naps! Thank you Jori, you really have helped changed our life in the best way possible ! I would recommend the crib coach to everyone whether they are feeling they need advice on sleep or simply needing a support system to get you through. It was the best decision we made and money very well spent!

We decided to contact Jori after we got stuck in the four month sleep regression and just couldn't get back on track. Lincoln has always nursed and been rocked to sleep and if I wanted him to nap he would only if he was being held and rocked. So we decided to reach out to Jori and WOW!!!! She got back to me so promptly and we got right into it! I was a little nervous about the routine at first knowing that this is what I wanted but if I could commit to it!! After the first night Lincoln went down wide awake and only woke up once!! I never thought I would see the day I was putting him down awake!!! He NAPS like a champ in his crib now!!!! Yes!!! It's life changing!! We love our routine!! Jori was amazing through every step of the way she was so supportive, encouraging and would answer any question I had in record speed!!! She is TRULY a miracle worker and I highly recommend her!! I couldn't have done it without her!!

Our journey to parenthood wasn’t easy or quick, without heartache or grief, but was the journey we were meant for, which is now full of joy, gratefulness, and love after being blessed by adoption. Words can’t describe the honor of being chosen to be called “mom” and “dad” for two beautiful little souls, by the strongest woman we’ve ever met. It’s an honor and privilege we will never take for granted. I know it’s easier said than done, but from someone who has been in the wait, it is worth every second!

Reaching out to Jori was the best decision I could have made! I instantly felt like I was talking to a friend and she made my husband and I feel completely comfortable with our sleep plan for our twins. Before the 8/9 month sleep regression hit, I thought we had pretty good sleepers, but was still needing to pop pacifiers back in throughout the night. The sleep regression hit hard and quick, but with Jori’s help, both babies were putting themselves to sleep with no tears and sleeping 12 hours within a week. Not only did night time sleep improve dramatically, but my daughter who had to finish all her naps on me, was taking two 1 1/2 to 2 hours naps all on her own within a couple days. We have well-rested and happy babies and sleep is no longer a source of anxiety for us. Jori was so encouraging throughout the process and provided amazing support to keep us going. We can’t thank her enough!

Let me start by saying Jori is the best!!! Our 6.5 month old daughter was never a great sleeper to begin with but once she started waking up at least 4 times a night we knew we needed some help. We were hesitant to start sleep training because we thought it would be super hard but Jori was so supportive and made the whole process simple. Plus she is so fun and easy to talk to!

After just a couple nights our daughter was sleeping through the night. She went from 30 minute naps to 1.5 to 2 hours after the first day. We already had a happy baby but she is beyond happy now. We’re truly thankful for Jori’s help and support. She made such a difference in our lives in just a short amount of time and we have already recommended her to family and friends.

Thank you Jori for being so amazing at what you do!

Jori is our hero! Our son Linden was not a great sleeper to begin with. We were lucky if he slept a 2-3 hour stretch and then would wake up every 45 minutes to an hour after that. The week before contacting Jori, Linden was waking up every 45 minutes to an hour and that’s when we decided to start sleep training. Immediately when reaching out to Jori, she made us feel so comfortable and we knew we were in the right hands! The expectations she had for how sleep training would go with Linden seemed too good to be true, and frankly we couldn’t believe it! Jori created a plan that worked for us which included not a lot of crying (which is something I didn’t think I could do) and making a plan that was clear and concise. I couldn’t believe how quickly the plan worked. On the first night Linden slept 7 hours! (something I didn’t think would be possible) and then moving forward was sleeping much longer stretches (now he sleeps a 9 hours stretch and is getting closer and closer to 12 hours (something I never believed could happen). A big change Jori helped us with was putting Linden in his crib awake! Prior to working with Jori we had to rock Linden and cuddle him until he fell asleep and then carefully put him into the crib without waking him. If he woke… we would have to start the whole process all over again! Now, he goes in his crib wide awake and puts himself to sleep, it is truly incredible. A bonus... nap training! Linden takes amazing naps now. Before we would struggle for a 20-minute nap and now each nap is 1.5-2.5 hours! But the biggest thing we gained was Jori’s help and support. Her expertise is amazing, and she is with you the entire way. She is always there to answer your questions (even if you are being super annoying and texting her way too much lol). You can really tell she is passionate about her job and was born to do this! There is no way this sleep training would have gone as smoothly without Jori’s support… I think we would have bailed the first night without her. Jori, we owe our lives to you! Not only am I a better mom with getting sleep, but Linden is a much happier baby! Thank you so much. Anyone who is on the fence… don’t even think about it, hire Jori and start training, I guarantee you will not regret it. Thank you for everything Jori!

I always said to my husband, Emelia (our daughter), would sleep like a champ if she didn’t puke all the time. The first 6 months of Emelia’s life on the outside was the most challenging and difficult time for us. She battled with constant reflux, and honestly, she did not know how to sleep. But after one failed attempt to hire Jori, on my part, and Emelia growing out of these issues, I decided to contact Jori again for help. I needed help to train my baby girl to sleep, plain and simple.

I knew I made the right choice after the first phone consultation with Jori. She reassured me that we would take things in stride, only doing what I was comfortable with, and what my momma heart could handle. As many moms do, I struggle with anxiety, and Emelia’s sleep habits made my anxiety level sky rocket. Emelia was waking up in the night 10-15 times, and as you could imagine I was always feeling on edge.

After Jori sent me our personalized plan, I soon realized that crib coaching was not only about the night time struggle. Jori was going to help with Emelia’s day time schedule, nap time, and the do’s & dont’s of routine. Along with the excitement I had, I felt a little overwhelmed with what I had gotten myself into. But Jori was beyond supportive through out the entire process. She has a way of motivating you to go forward with the steps without pressuring you to do what you cannot handle. She is truly amazing at what she does.

Like Jori has said, every ones success story is different. We have to remember that we all have our own struggles and triumphs, especially throughout the training process. I am proud to say that Emelia only wakes up once for a feed in the night, her schedule is on point, and most importantly, when it comes to Emelia, my anxiety is not an issue for me any more. I owe all my sleep, sanity and success to Jori. I’ve made a great friend in her, and I am so glad I committed to her plan. Thank you for your on going support.

Enlisting Jori’s help to get my daughter to sleep through the night (and in her crib) was definitely worth it. My daughter would be waking up every 1 - 2 hours the whole night and needed to nurse to get back to sleep. It was exhausting and frustrating. I gave up picking her up and putting her down her crib every so often that I had to co-sleep with her for my own sanity. But then, I also couldn’t picture myself co-sleeping and waking up every couple of hours to put her back to sleep especially when I go back to work. After waiting for months and hoping that my daughter would eventually sleep through the night NEVER HAPPENED, I knew I had to do something.
Jori offered two solutions and had me pick one that I was comfortable doing with my daughter. We were in constant communication before, during, and after I put my daughter in her crib, and then another series of communication again in the morning to ask how mine and my daughter’s night was. It was really great to know that she was always there to support you, assure you and make you feel confident.
Sleep training isn’t easy especially on the first few days. But if you’re willing to do the work, it is definitely life changing. My daughter’s sleep has improved wonderfully, and my husband and I can now enjoy a quiet uninterrupted dinner and actually finish a TV show or movie.
You can’t put a price on good sleep! Thank you Jori!

We had the privilege of working with Jori from Crib Coach after struggling with night wakings and short naps with our daughter, Ezra. The constant support and encouragement provided by Jori made our sleep training experience an overwhelmingly positive one. As first-time parents, we went from being unsure about what we were doing to feeling a lot more confident knowing we have a solid sleep plan to always go back to. Our daughter’s naps progressively improved and she continues to sleep through the night! We’d recommend Jori 1000% - she is incredible at what she does! I truly believe our daughter is on a great sleep trajectory thanks to the support and guidance provided by Crib Coach!

Hello! I purchased a 5 day crib coach package, and my coach was America. I am SO thankful that my partner and I decided to use this program. Our baby was 8 weeks early, and spent about 4 weeks in NICU. America was understanding that he may needed a more “adjusted” schedule due to this, and may not be ready for what a typical 7 month old would require. I love that it is so personalized to your family and your baby. That really eased my mind. My boyfriend and I were taking turns during the night sleeping with him in our arms…a doc a tot…in the bassinet…basically anywhere he would fall asleep, and he would still wake up crying to be held every 1.5-2 hours. We were beyond exhausted, and really could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. This program works and I can tell my baby is so much more rested!! Not only was it beneficial and needed for us, but I knew it was needed for my baby. He wasn’t getting the sleep he needed either, and that was ultimately the deciding factor in going this route. Within 2 days, he was pretty much fully sleep trained. It was amazing. In addition, America was great to work with! She was always very positive and understanding of my worries or concerns. She asked great questions when developing his specific sleep schedule and plan, and I do feel like she really took into consideration where he was at and where I was at. I never felt like I was bothering her with texts or phone calls, and she always timely with her response. Thank you so much America, and crib coach team in general!

Thank you so so so so much to Emma for teaching me how to make nap and bedtime so much better.

My little son Griffin was used to getting rocked to sleep and I decided I wanted to learn how to make him comfortable falling asleep on his own. One of my Instagram friends shared a post from The Crib Coach and I immediately started looking into the packages and reading the testimonies. For a couple days I kept toying with the idea to reach out and find out more information… and I’m so glad I did!! I sent a DM and I got a response within an hour; the response time impressed me! The DM included more information and answered questions I asked regarding nap times and self soothing. They sent me the link to their website and at first the price of the packages scared me but it was worth EVERY PENNY! I felt supported, comfortable and excited to start a new schedule and training with Emma. The “plan” I got was unique and customized to fit MY schedule and Griffin’s schedule as well. The plan also included 3 different training methods for sleep and schedules for your baby from 5-18months!!! I was so impressed and glad I bought the package. Being able to text Emma and get a response ASAP was so comforting as well. My first night sleep training was very emotional and hard for me but Emma was there! She was texting me, helping me relax and she even let me send her pictures of me crying hahah! I cannot thank her enough for everything she has taught me. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t know HOW I’d get Griffin to fall asleep on his own. So, if you’re hesitant to buy a package… DO IT! I promise you will NOT regret it.

Thank you SO SO much Emma!! 💕💕

Jemma is a sleep training angel. I came to her having co-slept with my four month old for nearly two months, who was waking almost every hour to two hours, having him sleep on me for every nap and waking after 50 minutes to sleeping in his own bed, with minimal wake ups. Her approach was gentle and compassionate. I felt supported throughout the process, especially when it was hard and I wanted to quit. I am sooo happy I didn’t. I have my nights back with my husband, and my own bed back, and my son is now getting the proper, restorative sleep he needs to grow and develop. My son is a happy little boy, who instantly relaxes during his nap and bedtime routine and happily falls asleep. Jemma was super knowledgeable and made sure when our time was up I felt prepared to tackle it on my own. I can’t recommend Jemma and Crib Coach enough.

I tossed the idea of sleep training back and forth in my head for a good couple weeks before reaching out to Crib Coach. A good friend of mine had used them a few months prior and spoke highly of her experience. So finally one night (or maybe it was a very early morning) I went on the website and sent an email inquiring. My 3 month old would wake up 8-10 times a night. Some nights he would take hours falling back asleep and would only settle back to bed while nursing. And after finally going back to bed if I laid him back in his bassinet he’d wake up and be crying 5 minutes later. Don’t even get me started on naps, I would spend a good 1.5hrs trying to get him to sleep which walking laps in my kitchen with him in a carrier. Only for him to nap 15-20 minutes. While I enjoyed all the snuggles I knew he was over tired and I was getting exhausted. Emma had contacted me after I sent the email and I’m honestly SO thankful for her. Since that first message from her she had been nothing but supportive. I had specific requests like having our son stay in our room while sleep training, and she took these requests, respected them and helped us overcome any issues. Night one of sleep training was hard, but he slept 4.5 SOLID hours. Which was the longest stretch to that date! Each night got better bit by bit and it took no time for us to realize it was a great choice for us and our family. After we started figuring out our nights we started naps! And being honest here, we could not have done that without Emma. She was so supportive the whole time, and really helped to teach us the whole process and why naps were going a certain way. Which in the long run has helped us to be able to adjust naps accordingly and problem solve. I 1 million percent recommend Crib Coach and even if hesitant just reach out and have a chat! A lot of my worries and anxieties were relieved that’s to the amazing support my family was provided

I got in touch with Jori to help us deal with our 9 month old and night wakings. We instilled good sleep habits early on and thought we were home free when he started having consistent naps and sleeping through the night at 4 months. At 6 months, our baby started waking in the night again. When responding to these wakings, we unknowingly instilled some new habits that encouraged more night wakings. By 9 months, our baby was waking multiple times in the night and would only go back down with a feeding. Our naps in the afternoon started to become inconsistent as well.

I knew Jori was a good fit for us after our initial consultation. I explained our case and she offered some advice without pressuring us at all to purchase a program. I decided that I wanted to get our family sleeping again as quickly as possible without trialing and erroring all the sleep training methods that Google could offer. Jori was confident that she would get us back on track in no time and she was right. She came up with a detailed sleep plan for us and took the time to go through it with us to ensure we were well prepared to start our sleep training journey. By the third night, our baby was back to sleeping through the night. Jori was also available and extremely responsive to our nap questions as the naps were happening. I was able to send videos and messages of what was happening and she quickly guided me in how to respond to the situation at hand.

In addition to having a solid and proven sleep plan, Jori was simply lovely to work with and easy to talk to. She offered encouragement when I was feeling anxious or discouraged and celebrated our successes with us. She never made me feel like I was being a bother with my many, many questions. We are so happy to be sleeping at night again and thanks to Jori, we have been armed with the tools we need to get us through any other regressions that may come our way without falling into another trap of bad habits.

Thank you again, Jori. It was truly a pleasure

Before working with Crib Coach, our 6-month-old Reggie was a poor sleeper in general. Her naps were short and she would often wake up in the middle of the night, not able to fall back to sleep unless she was on my husband, Brian or myself. It was exhausting mentally and physically. We read multiple books and bought an online guide, which helped in the short term, but nothing seemed to stick. These resources provided little in the way of troubleshooting, and essentially gave you a long list of “it could be . . .” scenarios that left us with very little guidance as to what to do next.

Once we contacted Crib Coach, that day we connected with our amazing coach Taylor and completed our detailed intake form. Two days later we talked with Taylor on the phone after she had developed an in-depth sleep plan which was personalized to our sleeping goals for Reggie (sleeping through the night and weaning feeds). Being first time parents, we had a lot of questions before starting and Taylor was happy to ease our nerves and walk us through every detail of the process.

The first night we implemented the plan Reggie slept until 6am and things kept improving from there. Using a plan with everything laid out for us gave us the confidence to train without second-guessing along the way. The best part was that we had access to Taylor whenever we did havequestions in the moment, something lacking in the other resources we tried. Taylor was always so helpful and supportive, making sure to keep things positive even when there were minor setbacks. She even took the time to check in with us every morning to see how the previous night went.

We are so happy that we decided to work with Crib Coach and Taylor. They have helped us build a foundation of strong sleep habits for Reggie that will last for years to come. Thank you so much!

We first connected with Emma after our twins started to crawl out of their cribs. From our first encounter, Emma was incredibly sweet, supportive, and it felt like talking to an old friend. Being a twin mama herself, she understood the complexities that come with sleep coaching twins and was so empathetic of our specific situation, ensuring our plan was aligned with our parenting style. I was blown away by the constant support we received during our 8 days with her. She didn't treat this as just a job- you could tell she was invested in our family and celebrated our successes alongside us. Emma- I am so grateful for all of the support, patience, and kindness she showed us- there is nothing better than an uninterrupted night's sleep! I would (and have been) recommending The Crib Coach to anyone with sleep questions- they are AMAZING!

Hiring the Crib Coach was once of the best choices I’ve made so far in parenthood.

Our four month old, Jack, would only fall asleep if I was beside him. He would only nap for about 40 minutes at a time and would wake up every two hours at night - we were all exhausted! Having Taylor as our Coach kept us consistent with the training and allowed our son to learn to fall asleep on his own. By night two Jack fell asleep so easily my husband and I agreed this was the best thing we could’ve ever done for him! By day three we noticed a major change in our little guy, he was SUPER HAPPY and didn’t get fussy through the day because he wasn’t over-tired anymore. It’s been one week since we started sleep training and we’re still going strong! (Jack is sound asleep napping right now giving me time to write this) I can’t thank Taylor enough, she was always there to answer all our questions, offer insight and support us during the whole process. As first time parents we would have never done this on our own. I highly recommend using the Crib Coach. Thanks again Taylor - you rock!

Going back to work after 6 months on maternity leave wasn’t going to be easy. On top of that, having a little nugget that wasn’t ever a good sleeper, especially when I wasn’t the one putting her down. My first night at work, Blakely refused to go to sleep without me and was inconsolable for my husband for the next week, anytime I went to work. She was waking constantly at night and crying unless I picked her up. I was beyond exhausted, my husband was exhausted and so was Blakely. I felt I wasn’t being the best mom I could be because of my sleep deprivation. I finally decided to make some changes, this is where Jori came in. I’m not sure why I didn’t try her sooner! Jori was there every single step of the way, with moral support, trouble shooting techniques that were custom to my lifestyle and no judgement on how I wanted to sleep train my little girl. The process was sooooo much easier than I had ever anticipated and Jori held my hand through it all. I even told Jori that Blakely would be the only kid you couldn’t sleep train! Boy was I wrong! Jori has a fix for every bump in the road. We can’t thank Jori enough, she literally changed our lives!

When my sweet baby girl was placed on my chest for the first time I was overwhelmed by a type of love and relief I could never have dreamed of or understood prior to that moment. The other emotion that came along with this however was an overwhelming anxiety over all of the things I was quickly realizing were completely out of my control, and the millions of questions now circling my brain. Sleep quickly became one of my biggest anxieties, from how much, how little, where, when, with who, how etc. it seemed like a constant thought; and one that often sounded like “I’m breaking all of the rules, I’m doing this all wrong.” Many people started to encourage me to trust my ‘mom gut’ and do what felt right for our family, not what these so called rules told us, and that journey led us to Jori and Crib Coach. My mom gut was telling me Atlee was ready for better sleep, and I felt safe with Jori, she completely normalized my fears. Yes there were challenging moments, where I honestly struggled more than Atlee but the growth showed so quickly and she is still doing so well! My husband and I are now getting breaks that we didn’t even know we needed, or felt too guilty to say we wanted. Remember your family, your rules, your journey. There is nothing you need to feel guilty for doing or desiring, and Jori will be there every step of the way!

We have two girls, age 4 and 10 months. With my husband working shift work, I struggled to get both kids to bed on my own (neither would go down without laying with me, and bedtime took hours). I reached out to Jori for help, and she has dramatically changed our lives. Within days of working with her, my younger daughter was falling asleep on her own within minutes, and napping on a regular schedule. Seeing that her baby sister was falling asleep without assistance, my older daughter wanted to try too. She now falls asleep without needing us to lay with her! After having such success with sleep training, we decided to move the kids into their shared bedroom, and it has been wonderful transition thanks to the Crib Coach!! My husband and I have our evenings back, I am now able to get them to bed on my own with ease when he is working, and our bedroom is ours once again :) I can say with certainty that hiring Jori was one of the best decisions we made for our family.

Hiring Emma from The Crib Coach was WORTH EVERY PENNY & MORE!!

Our daughter Calleigh was having a hard time sleeping. Nighttime was a constant battle for my husband & I. And truthfully it became a game for sweet Calleigh girl. She realized she had us wrapped around her finger, as we were DESPERATE for sleep, so she would play games all night long.

Once we began working with Emma, things changed very quickly. I actually joked with a Emma that her & Calleigh were in cahoots because she did so well the first night. Emma cautioned me it would change. And it did. Night 3 was HARD. And I would have caved and throw in the towel just like we had every other time we tried to “sleep train” if I didn’t have Emma’s support. Being able to text her in the thick of it was PRICELESS. She gave me comfort through that hard spot & we came out on the other side. Calleigh has only continued to excel ever since.

I am so thankful we hired Emma! We couldn’t have done this alone. Thank you

My first child, who was turning 4, was an amazing sleeper and I was sure that I couldn't luck out twice with my second on the way. Having a big age gap between my kids was great but I found that I couldn't remember a lot of the information I had known about newborns. Jori was an amazing resource to have at this early stage. My newborn was born with his days and nights mixed up and Jori was able to give me some great strategies for helping us survive that first two weeks. After that, Jori gave us a refresher of the sleep regressions to expect and a guideline for the amount of sleep our baby needed. She also helped us instill a good sleep environment as well as a naptime and bedtime routine that we could introduce early on. When the dreaded 4 month regression was expected, we had to endure it for 15 minutes, for the one day he went through it! Our first baby was a great sleeper, but our second is now even better! Our newborn is now 8 months old and he has been consistently sleeping through the night for many months as well as consistently napping. This was the best investment that we could have made!

From day one Cohen struggled with sleep. Finally, after 14 months of struggling with frequent waking’s and night feeds (which by this point I knew he didn’t need), I decided we needed help. We all needed to sleep. So, I contacted Jori and asked for her help. My only regret is not calling her sooner. Jori was amazing to work with. She listened to our story and what we were struggling with and then worked with us to develop a sleep plan and schedule that we were comfortable with. She supported us the whole way though, checking in to see how our night went each morning and giving us pointers on how to approach any issues we had ran into. The very first night we saw an improvement, and within 3 days we were sleeping through the night. It was AMAZING! Seriously life changing. That was maybe the 5th time in over a year I had slept through the night. I saw a change in Cohen’s mood as well.

Since then Cohen has been sleeping consistently through the night and is able to self sooth through any night waking’s he does have (usually less than 2 minutes). I tried sleep training on my own and failed time after time. Jori was able to customize a sleep plan based on Cohen’s individual needs and having her to lean on gave me the confidence I needed to stick with the plan.

We recently reached out to Jori again to help us through early morning waking’s. At 19 months Cohen started waking for the day at 4:30am. This was way too early for us, especially considering he had been sleeping until 6:30 prior to that. Again, Jori jumped in to help us develop a plan we could stick to, and although it took a bit longer for Cohen to get adjusted this time, within a week we saw an improvement.

Now, 3 weeks later he is sleeping until 6:30 or 7:00am. Jori has a heart of gold and truly cares. I think that’s why she’s so successful in helping family’s get the sleep they need. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have the support you need and are comfortable with the process. I recommend Jori to everyone I know who is struggling with their baby’s sleep. She is truly amazing at what she does!

Sleep training was the best thing we could have done for ourselves and our little girl. She now sleeps through the night and has scheduled naps, it's amazing! Jori is our hero, her plan fit perfectly with our lifestyle and she was so attentive and supportive the whole way through.

Jori was recommended to us by a friend who thought we may benefit from a sleep consultant. We jumped at the opportunity to get some assistance to better support our daughter in independent sleep throughout the night and for naps. Jori met with us via phone and instantly we felt at ease with her. We could tell right away that she knew what she was talking about and that she truly cared about our little one’s sleep habits. Using the information we provided, Jori devised a personalized sleep plan for our daughter. What was most amazing, was that the plan was individualized for us and met us where we were at. We were not interested in the “cry it out” method you read about and did not want to do anything that would have our ears ringing and our eyes misting. The plan that Jori developed for us was a gentle approach that was easy for us to implement. Although, still challenging at first (we were warned), we stuck it out and with Jori’s regular check ins and guidance were able to follow though to have a daughter who is more independent in going to sleep. Before we met Jori, nap times for my daughter, also meant nap times for us. She would not let us put her down for a nap at all. After a few days of using the model Jori devised, we tried independent naps and presto, we finally had a napper and could get some much needed things done for ourselves and our home.

I truly appreciated the approach Jori had us take and it proved that she really understood us and our needs. Her regular check ins and support were invaluable to us and it felt like she was right there with us as we were going through it. I would highly recommend Jori as a sleep consultant to any parent who needs an independent sleeper and some much needed rest.

Thanks Jori for all your support, guidance, tips and tricks that have helped our little one in her sleep habits!

Our son was never a “bad sleeper” until he hit his 4 month sleep regression. Before talking to Jori our son woke up at 12 midnight, 2am, 3am then 4am every nigh!. It was driving us crazy. His naps were also a challenge. We could never put him down. He would only stay asleep for 20 minutes at a time. When we tried to put him in his crib or swing he would immediately wake up. After talking to Jori she quickly came up with a plan for us. We did the sleep training and the nap training right away. After just a few days our son slept for 12 hours straight, every night! We now have to wake him up in the morning so that he doesn’t sleep in! He was able to fall asleep on his own and started taking longer naps. I cannot believe that with a few adjustments we were able to change everything! We are so much happier and healthier. He’s so much fun to be around.

Jori, thank you so much! I have been telling my friends how amazing you are. You are so easy to talk to and was always available when I needed you. Thank you for your guidance to get us here. It was the best money we ever spent! We’ re so happy with how successful this has been and how much it has changed our parenthood experience.
